Farmhouse Brown Ale This beer starts with fruit-filled aromas dominated by pineapple and cherry, rounded out with a touch of farmyard funk. Sweet malt character is balanced by brett tartness with underlying flavors of cherry and dark fruits. Lively carbonation, dry and tart with a medium light body. This fine ale can also evolve - cellar fo a dryer and more pronounced brett prescence.

More intense/complex dishes such as Thai and Mexican cuisine, smoked meats, charcuterie. Strong cheeses, sharp cheddars, Bleu, washed rind cheeses such as Humboldt Fog.
